July 2017 Treasurer's Report

NHQHA Treasurer’s Report – July 10, 2017

I have attached the June 3 novice show accounting and the June 13 trail challenge accounting (please see next posts).  We made $1,814.55 on the novice show – if it hadn’t been for Stacey’s efforts in getting sponsors, our profit would have been very, very small.   The trail challenge generated $219.25 (may be slightly less as there may be some award costs not included yet).  

As I understand it, we have some upcoming costs for the August show for awards and ribbons that Tom will be ordering.

The insurance policies renew in August and I am working on obtaining an alternate quote that includes the trailer.  As soon as I have complete information, I will send to the board for review.
